On-Line Event


District Assembly 2021 will be held on-line this year.  The sessions will occur over four Sundays in April and May. The agenda is attached for each of the sessions. Parts A and B will be presented on Sunday, 18th April, with Part A for all 2021-2022 Club Board Members, and Part B for Presidents, Secretaries and Treasurers for 2021-2022. 

For Sunday, 18th April, all incoming Board members will receive a special link to the webinar. The link will operate for both of the sessions on that day.

For each of the remaining three Sundays, a unique Zoom link for that day will be sent which will operate for all sessions on that day. Simply click on the link 10 minutes before your session commences. 

All links will be sent on the Friday immediately before the Sundays of the District Assembly, and thus for the first parts (A and B) of the District Assembly, you will receive the link on Friday 16th April.

For work to be completed prior to attending the District Assembly, please find attached details of learning now available on the RI Learning Centre for your upcoming role on the Club Board. Each program has been individualised to suit the role you are undertaking, even if you have been in that role on previous occasions. A step-by-step guide is provided to get you started. Please aim to get this learning completed prior to your scheduled session of District Assembly.
