AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT: ORDER YOUR COPY OF ROTARY’S CENTENARY BOOK NOW ‘HUMANITY IN ACTION – Celebrating 100 Years of Rotary in Australia and our near island neighbours’ will be published on April 1, 2021, just in time for official Centenary celebrations on April 20/21/22. However, the high cost of preparation and printing limits the size of the print run to 3,000 at this time and, after District commitments are fulfilled, remaining books will be sold on a ‘first in’ basis for $25 (plus postage) each, including GST.
NOTE: Editor, Bob Aitken suggests given the postage costs of pre-orders, we might suggest Clubs add to the delivery of their promised complimentary copy with additional copies to cover deliveries to local libraries in Club areas. Presentation of the valuable historical volumes to local libraries will present an excellent promotional opportunity with local media in Rotary’s Centenary Year.
