Our involvement in this project is building momentum.
Your Rotary Clubs are coordinating a community BBQ in association with the NSW Police and Bunnings, which will take place on 28 November 2026.
It is a wonderful opportunity to promote Rotary and our partnerships, and to Create Lasting Impact in the communities we serve.
I am confident this work will promote Rotary and our relationships with organisation’s and show everyone that we say NO to Domestic Violence and say YES to respectful relationships through awareness and advocacy.
D9685 will conduct Bunnings BBQs with NSW Police for Domestic and Family Violence at the following locations;
Castle Hill West Pennant Hills and Cherrybrook RC
Gladesville Macquarie Park RC

Rotary Youth Sailing Challenge
Looking to meaningfully impact a young person’s future?The Rotary Youth Sailing Challenge might be your answer.
The voyages provide the young participants with a series of unique challenges, ones they would not otherwise encounter in our modern urban society. The challenges are very real but the planning and procedures are such that the organisers always know the participants will be safe.
The RYSC program has been growing rapidly and is operating in South Australia on the tall ship the One and All and in Victoria on their tall ship the Enterprize. There are two ships that have been organised for use in NSW to sail 5-day Rotary voyages sailing either up or down the New South Wales coast and returning to the harbour.
