Hands-On Rotary Club Central Goal Setting Workshop – Sunday 16 August

Dear Presidents, Secretaries, Club Leaders and Board Members,

One of the most important things your club can do early in the Rotary year is to set meaningful goals in Rotary Club Central. These goals provide your roadmap for the year ahead and help measure the impact your club will make in your community.

I'd like to invite you to join me for a hands-on, interactive Zoom workshop where we'll work together to complete your Rotary Club Central goals.

This is a working session.

By the end of the evening, you'll have the knowledge and confidence to set your club's goals—and ideally have them entered into Rotary Club Central before we finish.

Before you join, please have:

✅ A computer or laptop (Rotary Club Central is much easier to use than on a phone or tablet)
✅ Your My Rotary username and password
✅ The ability to log in to my.rotary.org before the session begins
✅ At least one other member of your club leadership team, if possible

During the workshop, we'll:

• Navigate Rotary Club Central together.
• Review the key goals every club should consider.
• Discuss realistic and achievable targets for your club.
• Enter your goals step-by-step.
• Answer your questions live.
• Share ideas and learn from clubs across District 9685.

Whether you're setting goals for the first time or simply want some guidance, this session is designed to be practical, supportive and collaborative.

Please don't worry if you're not familiar with Rotary Club Central, that's exactly why we're meeting. We'll work through it together.

I encourage every club to have at least one representative join us, and even better if your President, Secretary and other Board members can attend together.
