INSTRUCTIONS
Please register & pay by credit card or EFT – then, send the names of all 10 table members (in a spreadsheet - including club name/s, any dietary requirements, and Foundation status) by email to FoundationDinnerPayments@rotarydistrict9685.org.au
DIRECT CREDIT OPTION
EFT payment should be made immediately by direct deposit to the following bank account: Westpac Banking Corporation Rotary District 9685 Administration Account BSB 032 086 A/c 333 071 Please send a confirmation email including your name, club, registration number (from the confirmation email), and amount credited to: FoundationDinnerPayments@rotarydistrict9685.org.au
CHEQUE PAYMENTS
If EFT is not possible, please register – then:
(a) send the names of all 10 table members (in a spreadsheet - including club name/s, any dietary requirements, and Foundation status) by email to FoundationDinnerPayments@rotarydistrict9685.org.au and
(b) immediately send a cheque for the full amount to the address below:
