It is with great pleasure that I have been given permission By Australian Rotary Health and Past District Governor Richard (Dick) White, to email you personally and send an introductory video of both myself and the purpose I am doing a special Mental Health Awareness project in our R100 Downunder Centenary year. I realise your time is a precious commodity so the video is brief.
Dick previously gave you a brief profile of myself, mentioning my past involvement with Australian Rotary Health assisting set up Research PhD’s for Arthritis and Prostate Cancer via solo bicycle rides around NSW. This however will be my greatest test to date and may I add with my increasing age and the frequency of returning to the pits to get my spare parts worked on possibly my last adventure into the unknown.
My request of you all is if you would like to join in this challenge of attempting to ride my static bike for a 24Hour Record Attempt on the 9th and 10th April 2021.
