2026/27 District Team Workshop
Rotary District 9685 held its Team Workshop for 2026/27 on 15 Nov 2025. Thank you to everyone that attended the workshop, and to Learning & Development Chair Michelle Westlund for leading the incoming team.
 
District Mentor program
The District Mentor Program connects experienced Rotarians with club leaders to provide guidance, encouragement, and practical support. Mentors help clubs identify key areas for growth, strengthen engagement, and build leadership capacity. It’s about collaboration, not direction — empowering clubs to thrive.

Congratulations to PDG Kalma McLellan, appointed as District 9685 Council of Legislation delegate, will attend the next COL in 2028.
PDG Peter Ward has been appointed as the alternate.

Regionalisation update
The latest Zone 8 Regionalisation update was presented by the District Governor, Michele Ellery at the recently held President’s meeting on the 22nd of November 2025.
